The Tech Lab is guided by a distinguished Governing Body, comprised of visionary leaders and accomplished professionals dedicated to advancing technology, innovation, and educational empowerment in Bangladesh.

Mr. Anik is the visionary Founder of The Tech Lab, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BRAC University. A decade-long contributor to Bangladesh’s startup ecosystem, he is a recognized leader in ICT, Robotics, and STEM education. His work has been featured in 150+ national and international media outlets. He received the prestigious “South-Asian Leadership Award” in Science and Technology from the Global Youth Parliament and Global Law Thinkers Society in 2019.

Mr. Kaonain, a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University, is currently advancing his research as a PhD candidate in Computer Science. As a Founding Partner since 2016, he brings a deep commitment to voluntary service and technological innovation. A certified Amateur Radio Operator (call sign S21CN) since 2017, Mr. Kaonain has been a pivotal figure in Bangladesh's Amateur Radio community. He champions youth engagement in technology and leads efforts to develop voluntary communication support teams for emergency and disaster response.

Dr. Sagor is an Assistant Professor and Programme Lead of Telecommunication Engineering at Queen Mary University of London. He joined The Tech Lab as a Founding Partner in 2018, bringing deep international academic and aerospace experience. He led the Ground Station Design Team for “BRAC Onnesha,” Bangladesh's first satellite project—part of the Joint Global Multi-Nation BIRDS Satellite project supported by Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. The project received the GEDC Airbus Diversity Award in 2017, and the satellite was deployed from the International Space Station after launching via SpaceX Falcon-9.
