Cultivating Future Innovators for a Resilient Bangladesh
"Oporajita" is a landmark collective impact initiative led by the H&M Foundation that pioneers a holistic transformation of Bangladesh’s RMG sector. The Tech Lab, in strategic alliance with Save the Children, leads a groundbreaking STEM program for children of garment factory workers, fulfilling our mission: “ENGINEERING FOR EVERYONE.”

Empowering underserved children through STEM education.
Through this initiative, Oporajita aims to place women at the center of a low-carbon, equitable future for the RMG industry. The Tech Lab leads the STEM program tailored for the children of garment workers—ensuring access to progressive technology education.
Phase 1 (2022–2024): Empowered 1,200+ children with transformative STEM experiences.
Phase 2 (2025–2027): Targeting 1,000 more children to expand technological inclusion.

Through Oporajita, The Tech Lab is cultivating a generation empowered with curiosity, technical skill, and the confidence to build innovative solutions for Bangladesh’s future industries.
